100 gSan Remo Macaroni
80 gMinced chicken
60 gSweet corn
30 gYellow onion, diced
1 cloveGarlic, chopped
2 tbspMayonnaise
2 tbspOlive oil
Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Cook San Remo Macaroni according to the packet instructions.
  2. Heat olive oil in a frying pan, sauté onion and garlic until fragrant then add in minced chicken. Stir fry until chicken fully cooked.
  3. Next add in San Remo Macaroni, creamy sweet corn and toss well.
  4. Lastly stir in mayonnaise and season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve warm.
