100gSan Remo Wagon Wheel
1/2 cupMilk
1 tspPlain flour
1 tspButter
1 cupShredded cheese
1/4 tspSalt + ¼ tsp salt, for pasta
1/2 pktShimeji Mushroom
1/2 cupPeas, blanched

For garnishing

2Sausages, sliced but joint
3 floretsBroccoli
2Baby corns
2Baby carrots


  1. Cook San Remo Wagon Wheel according to the packet instructions.
  2. Sauté the mushrooms with ½ tsp of butter until it softens. Set aside.
  3. In a small pan, melt the butter and flour together, cook for 2 minutes. Add in milk and salt, mix well until the sauce has thickened.
  4. Remove from heat, add in cheese and mix well. Stir in San Remo Wagon Wheel, mushrooms and peas. Mix well.
  5. Blanch all garnishing items and décor the pasta. Serve warm.
