Ingredients

1/3 cupSan Remo Elbows
2Eggs
1/4 tspSalt
1 1/2 tbspButter
1 pcSliced cheese, cut into pieces
3Cherry tomatoes, halved
A dash of pepper

Method

  1. Cook San Remo Elbows according to the packet instructions.
  2. Gently beat eggs together with salt and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Heat up a pan and add in butter. Once butter melts, add in egg mixture and stir a few times until half cooked.
  4. Pour in San Remo Elbows onto egg, followed by cherry tomatoes and cheese. Cook under low heat until the egg fully cooked. Serve warm.
