Ingredients
| 1/3 cup | San Remo Elbows |

| 2 | Eggs |
| 1/4 tsp | Salt |
| 1 1/2 tbsp | Butter |
| 1 pc | Sliced cheese, cut into pieces |
| 3 | Cherry tomatoes, halved |
| A dash of pepper |
Method
- Cook San Remo Elbows according to the packet instructions.
- Gently beat eggs together with salt and pepper in a bowl.
- Heat up a pan and add in butter. Once butter melts, add in egg mixture and stir a few times until half cooked.
- Pour in San Remo Elbows onto egg, followed by cherry tomatoes and cheese. Cook under low heat until the egg fully cooked. Serve warm.
