Ingredients
| 1 cup | San Remo Small Shells |

| 3/4 cup | Plain flour |
| 1 tsp | Baking powder |
| 1 tbsp | Sugar |
| 1 tsp | Salt |
| 1/2 tsp | Cayenne pepper (optional) |
| 2 | Eggs |
| 1 | Onion, sliced thinly |
| 1/2 cup | Milk |
| 1 tin | Corn kernels |
| 2 stalks | Fresh spring onion, chopped |
| Cooking oil for deep frying |
Method
- Cook San Remo Small Shells according to the packet instructions.
- Combine flour, baking powder, sugar, salt and cayenne pepper together. Add in eggs and mix well.
- Add in the balance of the ingredients and combine evenly.
- Heat up cooking oil, drop fritter batter by spoonful into the hot cooking oil. Fry until golden brown and drain on paper towels.
- Serve hot with ketchup.
