Ingredients
| 500 g | San Remo Angel Hair |

| 800 g | Chicken, minced |
| 2 | Onion, diced |
| 6 cloves | Garlic, pounded |
| 2 | Tomato, diced |
| 4 tbsp | Chili sauce |
| 4 tbsp | Tomato sauce |
| 1/2 cup | Water |
| 1/2 cup | Cooking oil |
| 2 tbsp | Soy sauce |
| Mixture of cinnamon stick, cloves & star anise | |
| Salt and sugar to taste |
Blended ingredients
| 1 stalk | Lemongrass |
|---|---|
| 1 inch | Turmeric |
| 1 inch | Galangal |
| 20 | Dried chili, blanched |
Method
- Cook San Remo Angel Hair according to the packet instructions.
- Heat up cooking oil in a frying pan, sauté garlic and spices mixture until fragrant. Add in blended ingredients and sauté until the oil separate.
- Add in chicken, tomato sauce, chili sauce, water, soy sauce, tomato and onion. Stir fry until chicken is fully cooked. Season with salt and sugar.
- Pour chicken onto San Remo Angel Hair and serve warm.
