300 gSan Remo Spaghetti
2Yellow onions, chopped finely
4 clovesGarlic, finely chopped
2-4Bird’s eye chilies (cili padi), sliced
4 sprigsCurry leaves
1 tbspFish curry powder
400 mlCooking cream
4Cheddar cheese slices
6 tbspCooking oil
Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Cook San Remo Spaghetti according to the packet instructions.
  2. Season prawns with salt and pepper and pan fry. Set aside.
  3. Heat cooking oil in a frying pan, sauté yellow onion, garlic, bird’s eye chilies and curry leaves until fragrant. Add in fish curry powder followed by cooking cream, cheddar cheese and prawns. Simmer for 3 minutes.
  4. Toss in San Remo Spaghetti and mix well. Season to taste and serve warm.
