• Name of retail outlet.
• Purchase date.
• Receipt/sales invoice number.
• Participating product(s) purchased.
• Amount spent on participating product(s) purchased.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. The San Remo Christmas Contest at NSK Grocer Contest (the “Contest”) is organised by GBA Corporation Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 162820-U) (the “Organiser”), whose registered office is located at Wisma GBA 2, Lot 8, Jalan PPU 3, Taman Perindustrian Puchong Utama, 47100 Puchong, Selangor, Malaysia.
2. The Contest is open to all Malaysian citizens aged 18 and above, except employees and their immediate families of:
   • the Organiser and its affiliated companies, and
   • wholesalers or retailers that sell the participating products of this Contest.
3. Participating products: SAN REMO range of products; dry pasta (250g/350g/375g /500g), Specialty Pasta (250g/350g/500g), Quick Cook (500g), La Pasta (120g) and pasta sauce (480g/500g).
4. Purchase RM10 worth of the SAN REMO products in a single receipt/sales invoice at any NSK Grocer retail outlets in Malaysia to be eligible to enter the Contest.
5. Each receipt/sales invoice is entitled to one [1] entry and each entry must be submitted within the Contest period. Please ensure that the participating outlet name, purchase date, receipt/sales invoice number, product(s) purchased and amount spent on products(s) purchased are clearly visible in a single photo of the receipt/sales invoice. Long receipts/sales invoices should be folded to display the required information only. Receipts/sales invoices not within the Contest period, duplicate receipts/sales invoices, unclear receipts/sales invoices or invalid receipts/sales invoices submitted will be disqualified.
6. Each entry submitted must be complete and accurate. Any incomplete and/or inaccurate entry will be disqualified.
7. Multiple valid entries are permitted.
8. Prize Winner selection process:
   • There are five [5] total prizes.
   • As part of the shortlisting winners’ selection process, the Organiser will allocate serial numbers for each Entry received and approved by the Organiser throughout the Contest Period [each a “Qualified Entry” and collectively the “Qualified Entries”]. A set of serial numbers will be allocated for the Qualified Entries starting from serial number “1”.The serial numbers allocated to each Qualified Entry will be tabulated and added up to derive the total number of Qualified Entries [“Total Qualified Entries”]. Assuming the Total Qualified Entries received throughout the Contest period is 1500, the Organiser will compute and select the shortlisted winner based on the following example:750 ÷ 5 = 150The Contest Prize shortlisted winning entry in this scenario is the 150* serial number entry and subsequent serial number with the multiplication of 150. Example of winning serial numbers 150, 300, 450, 600, and so on will be selected as the shortlisted Contest Prize winners.A total of 5 qualified winners will be selected at the end of the Contest Period.

     The rounding formula will be performed where the decimal value arises, the number will be rounded down to the nearest single digit number.

9. Contest winners will be announced at https://www.facebook.com/sanremopastamalaysia after the end of the Contest period. The Organiser will contact the winners via Whatsapp/Facebook and request for a photo of the NRIC (only the left section – clearly showing the NRIC number, full name and address; photo of scanned/printed copy will not be accepted) for verification.
10. The Organiser will make three [3] attempts to reach the winners. If the winner does not respond within seven [7] days after the final attempt, the winner will be disqualified and the prize will be forfeited.
11. Prizes are strictly non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.
12. The Organiser’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entertained. GBA Corporation Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to amend the Contest rules and/or substitute the prizes for other items of equivalent value without prior notice and no claim shall be made against GBA Corporation Sdn. Bhd. with respect to such substitute for any of the prizes.
13. By taking part in this Contest, you understand and accept without condition that the Organiser may elect to use your personal information contained herein for internal and/or external marketing purposes in any manner it deems fit, whilst according to your privacy or confidentiality.
14. The Organiser accepts no responsibility and will not be liable for any loss, injury, death or expense resulting from the participation of the Contest.
