Ingredients
| 1/2 pack | San Remo Angel Hair |

| 350g | Prawns |
| 2 pcs | Carrots, sliced into thin strips |
| 1 pc | Red bell peppers, sliced into thin strips |
| 1 pc | Green bell peppers, sliced into thin strips |
| 900ml | Water |
Seasoning
| 2 tsp | McCormick Chicken Seasoning |
|---|---|
| 2 tsp | McCormick Garlic Powder |
| 1 tsp | McCormick Chilli Flakes |
| 1 tbs | Olive oil |
| 1 tsp | Sugar |
| 1/2 tsp | Salt |
Method
- Add the water, carrots, bell peppers into a large stockpot and bring to boil. Reduce to medium-low heat and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add in San Remo Angel Hair, prawns and the remaining ingredients and seasoning, bring to boil over high heat.
- Stir and reduce to medium-low heat, continue to cook with the pot covered for about 5 minutes or your desired pasta texture. Stir occasionally to prevent the pasta from sticking to the pot.
- Turn off the heat, remove the cover and let the dish rest for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
