Ingredients
| 300 g | San Remo Vermicelli, cooked as per cooking instruction |

| 400 g | Grouper, sliced |
| 2 | Yellow onion, sliced |
| 4 pips | Garlic, sliced |
| 20 g | Ginger, sliced |
| 2 tsp | Fermented soy bean paste |
| 1 tsp | Vinegar |
| 1 tsp | Brown sugar |
| 2 | Red chilli, sliced |
| 200 ml | Water |
| 6 tbsp | Olive Oil |
Method
- Heat olive oil in a frying pan. Sauté onion, garlic and ginger till fragrant then add in fish slice.
- Add in fermented soy bean paste, sugar, vinegar and water.
- Simmer for 3 min then add in slice red chilli.
- Toss San Remo Vermicelli into the sauce and mix well. Serve hot.
