Ingredients
| 250 g | San Remo Linguine |

| 2 pcs | Whole chicken legs |
| 3 pcs | Chinese angelica (tong kwai) |
| 1 tbsp | Wolfberry |
| 5 | Red dates |
| 5 | Dried longan |
| 5 pcs | Dried polygonatum (yuk chuk) |
| 3 cups | Chicken stock |
| 1/3 tsp | Sugar |
| 1 tbsp | Oyster sauce |
| 1/4 tsp | Salt |
| 1/4 tsp | White Pepper |
Method
- Cook San Remo Linguine according to the packet instructions.
- In a pot, add in all the ingredients except San Remo Linguine.
- Boil for 45 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked.
- To serve, place San Remo Linguine in a bowl, arrange whole chicken leg on top and add in herbal chicken soup. Serve warm.
